Brisket Tacos Recipe

Serving Size: 4
Cooking Time: 6-8 hours
2 lbs grass-fed brisket
1 jar salsa verde 
Shredded Cotija cheese
Organic whole grain spelt tortillas
Optional toppings: avocado, salsa verde, sour cream, red onion, cilantro, lime, cabbage

Put brisket meat in a crock pot on medium for 6-8 hours with a very small amount of water and approximately 1/3 of the jar of salsa verde (cook until tender and easy to pull apart with a fork). Once meat is done put in shells, wrap or put on bed of spinach and top with cheese and salsa and any other desired toppings! Serve and enjoy, knowing you are making healthy meals for you and your family.
